At Rust Buster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we're here to assist you. Here's what you need to know:
- Timeframe: Please initiate your return request within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Getting Started: Contact our customer service team at customerservice@rustbuster.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. We'll need your original purchase invoice number to process this.
- Condition: To ensure a smooth return process, please send items back in new condition with all original packaging and components.
- Shipping: For authorized returns, please send the item back to us using a trackable, insured shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund: Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a refund to your original form of payment. If you received Free Shipping on your Order, your refund will be minus the cost of shipping.
- Late Returns: Returns initiated after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable Items: Consumables like Paint, Cut-off Wheels and Maintenance Items are Non-Returnable.
- International Orders: Please note that we cannot refund international shipping taxes, duties, or brokerage fees.
