I was able to restore my 1984 Jeep CJ7 with a frame off repair. The rust buster Rear Shackle Mount worked great!
The quality of this product is excellent. The perfect fit. The only thing I needed to do was grind the ends of the bushing to fit into the shackle. Other than that, very pleased with the outcome.
I got this for my '02 ranger and it fits very well, if one was a perfectionist you might want to try to align the holes better as on mine the bumper mounting holes were slightly off but that could've been my fault, overall seems like a good part to use.

As of thr purchase it was simple straight forward. Now for the shipping. Not your fault as the label was printed right along with address. But the USPS picked up the package on a Monday and i recieved it 10 days later. I physically live in the same state Ohio a 4 hr drive by car. The package ended up in Pennsylvania, then back to Ohio and down to Mississippi, where it disappeared for 2 days as there was no updates from tracking number, then Indiana, and showed up in Akron, but it didnt go out for delivery as it went to Cincinnati back to Akron, then to Canton before on the following Wednesday 10 days after it shipped it showed up in my mail box. The estimated shipping time was originally to be received by Thursday four days from its shipped date.
As for the product for quality and ease of fitment. Its worth it if you can keep the shipping time frame down. Had the garage stall tied up for a week longer than expected as it was put on lift on Thursday and didnt come off of it till following Thursday. And were physically 4hrs apart from each other in same state you Lima me in Sandyville Ohio.

The parts and the manner in which they were installed are extremely valued by myself and family. We now use our truck to tow our camper and take vacations. It was a daily driver but relegated to the garage until it’s needed. We are quite pleased with The Rustbuster product and hope it extends the life of our truck for future camping and vacation adventures.
I ordered a set of the front/rear shackles. The length is the same as mine but the plates are way thicker. Thats what wore out in the OEM units. And have greasable bolts. I think they will be great.
Worked well, had to drill out a few holes to match my application but it did say you would.

The bushings seem to work out good. Didn't know where to use the shims, biggest problem was the bolts were a 1/2 in too short to even start threading. I had to reuse the old body bolts.
The body mount brackets for the rear of my 2002 Chevy Tahoe worked out great. However, the 4 body bushings I bought , the bolts were a 1/2 inch too short. I had to reuse the original bolts I took out. You need to put longer bolts in those kits. They need to be half inch longer. They wouldn't even touch the threads to start threading. As far as the shims, I didn't know what to do with those so I didn't use them. I would appreciate longer bolts if you'd like to send them so I don't have to use the used ones. Thanks!.
Perfect replacement for an upper shock mount on 07-14 trucks. I’d bet It would work in others.

I purchased left and right mid frame repair kits, the rear frame repair kits, and new front leaf spring hangers. My 1989 Chevrolet K1500 had the front leaf spring hanger rip off the frame. Everyone said it was ready for the junk yard. Without Rust Buster it was headed there. I saved a truck I had personally waited 20 years to own. Thank you Rust Buster I can now own it for another 20 years!!!
I recently purchased an rb7806 l frame repair section for my 2005 Silverado 2500hd. I was very pleased with quality of this part, The fitment made for both a perfect and easy installation. Also the metal guage was heavy duty and proper for a HD truck. I would recommend this part and will be purchasing additional frame sections as I need them.
If it wasn't for this part, I wouldn't have been able to drive my Hummer much longer. Very well built part.
