Was able to cut out the old section with a plasma cutter and weld in this new one without removing the body off the frame. Ended up needing to box the ends of the frame rails afterwards, but that was due to rust. Only annoying thing were the holes for the hitch bolts are merely pilot holes, and due to the way the piece is welded the weld itself prevents the hitch from sitting flush on the back of the crossmember. I ended up shimming it with a plate and welding the hitch onto the crossmember directly, but your mileage may vary. Well made and shipped very quickly with the piece readily in stock.
Perfect fit to my ‘07 FJ plagued with frame rust. Replaced the hitch cross brace and both sides rear. Parts fit perfectly. Fast shipping too. I was very impressed. added photo just to show I’m not a robot.
I have a 2000 4Runner. The left rear lower control arm mount broke free of the frame. The weld was hiding some rust (the only spot I can find on the frame). My mechanic wouldn't touch it, had trouble finding a body shop that would.

The part that arrived was very nicely made. Thick metal, with precision cuts and welds.
Cut the bad metal out of my frame, made a few small mods to the part, and everything fit perfectly. A buddy's dad who is a retired welder brought his portable welding rig over, and in about 2 hours, I was reassembling the car.
It's been two months, and it's holding up great.
So, all in, I got my car back on the road safely for under $400 and a handful of hours labor.

Had to manipulate around torsion bars..didnt want to take them out. But got them in, clamped and welded! Only needed half drivers side due to previous done repair.

The frame with spring mount located drivers side in front of axle lined up perfectly with our unit we purchased, it has slots that line up perfectly with frame slots , of course I had to double check it 10 time by measuring distances but it was spot on , we did have to cut a couple slots on it to fit around the fins on frame because ours were solid and didn’t want to remove them from frame , we also had to remove gas tank , and bed to install this it would have been nice if the cab was lifted or removed but not necessary, was a bit tight to get welded but was possible to get it done , over all a very nice fit and very good quality, and the company was very good to work with when ordering and explaining to be sure we got the correct part , wish I would have taken pics to post to see how nice it came together, thanks again Rustbuster .
The parts that I ordered fit perfect. I took the old ones off and it fit right in place. I was impressed on how much steel there was on the sides to weld to. I am actually waiting for more parts to come ,as I write this . Thank you
